How to place an order
Zhuoma electric is a professional houshold electric appliance manufactory and exporter in China. Most of our customers are retailers and wholesalers from all around the world.
Customers could place an order online according to our Online Catalogue or directly contact us by e-mail.
We accept payments both in USD and Euro.
We usually work through international money transfer ( TT ) in three different stages:
-1: Once our customer has placed an Order, we will:
get a deposit equivalent to the 30% of the whole sum. Then we start the production as soon as we receive the deposit.
-2: Once all the products is ready, we would undertake the quality inspection and arrange the shipment process; when we get the Bill of Lading, we would immediately send a copy of it via fax or E-Mail to our customer.
-3: Our customer receives a copy of the Bill of Lading as a proof that the container with the porducts has left
China; at this time we should receive the remaining 70% of the total sum plus the shipping charges and we will
deliver all the original documents via Fedx/DHL/UPS
-4: Please note that the more products you purchase at one time, the less you would spend on the shipping charges.
Delivery Details:
30-35 days after receipt of T/T or L/C deposit.

Quality of products is life of company.All of employees in our company pay strong attention to the quality cause we have a opinion of quality:Quality is first & Quality is lift of company.” Quality is inspected carefully one step by one step by QC.
Standard of design/purchase/production/inspection of goods is:Science,Security,Validity etc.It is actualized by Quality Deparement:
1. Every new product must be have enough research & detailed report before exploitation,it is including input/output/validation /correction of design.So that we can make sure the new product is maken under our plan.
2. Quality of material will be influences the quality of product.We take a complete test before we decide to purchase & use the material.
3. Production Process is the most importamant tache ,it should be influence the quality of production immediately.In order to control the quality,we establish strict plan:Production Plan,Process of Production, Test of Central Component,Inspection of Process of Production, Process of examination,Process of Parts Installation/Complete installation/Finished Inspection
4. In order to make sure the quality of product is without any problem,stuff of Quality Department must be inspect the production equipment and inspection instrument regularly,test result must be exact and trusty.

Shipping information
The most common way to ship houshold electric appliance abroad is by sea. There are three different kinds of containers according to their sizes.
The sizes below are industry standard, however, small variations in container sizes can occur depending on which shipping lines are used. Please use these measurements as a guide only.
If size is critical please tell us for the precise size of your particular container.

A 20 feet container's availability cubic capacity is about 29 M3.
A 40 feet container's availability cubic capacity is about 58 M3.
A 40 high cube container's availability cubic capacity is about 69 M3.
These numbers are, of course, an average estimation based on our previous shipping experience: it varies according to different sizes of different products.
To calculate the cubic capacity, you just need to multiply those three dimensions, WxDxH; for example: if a stand fan is 54 cm wide (W), 25 cm deep (D) and 58 cm high (H), the calculation goes: 54x25x58, so the unit volume of the stand fan is 0.08CBM.
Besides, we could help our foreign customers fulfill quality inspection, arrange shipment and go through customs clearing procedures for export.
Customers are free to choose their own Shipping Agent, and we could arrange the shipment process as well.
